The Practice Aims
The practice achieves the government access requirement of offering an appointment with a health professional within 24 hours.
The doctor will endeavour to see you at the appointment time but should a delay occur, an
explanation will be given.
A doctor will visit those patients too ill or infirm to attend surgery.
Our premises will be maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and will be accessible and comfortable. Both our surgeries are no smoking premises.
Our practice staff will be polite and courteous and treat all patients with respect.
Your records will be kept confidential.
The practice is committed to quality health care within the National Health Service for all our patients; our health professionals and their staff are continuously trained to professional standards
The Practice Expectations
Remember one appointment is for one person.
Please be punctual. If you no longer need to come to surgery please contact reception to cancel your appointment so that it can be given to another patient.
We ask patients to telephone for visit requests before 10.30am.
Please do not call out of hours except in the case of an emergency.
For their own safety and the comfort of other patients we expect children to be properly supervised when on our premises
We expect patients to be civil to all our practice team

The practice respects the right of a patient to leave our practice at any time if they feel unhappy with the service
The practice retains the right to remove form the practice list any patient who consistently abuses the system or any patient who is abusive or violent towards any doctor or member of the practice team.
