About Cliffe Avenue Surgery
The building at Cliffe Avenue was acquired in 1980. At that time it was a small police station. The single storey, flat roofed building was extensively altered and extended to create an essentially purpose built GP premises. Further alterations were made in 1995 that included the creation of a large roof space over part of the building to provide first floor rooms and in the most recent development a pitched roof was added to increase the office space in the roof of the building. Disabled access has been improved with the addition of a concrete ramp to the door.
