Booking Appointments and ordering Repeat Prescription On-line

Thank you for your interest about using EMIS Access to use the on-line booking facility to make appointments to see a GP and to order your repeat prescriptions.

The link below enables you to download the instructions on how to use the system. (You will need Acrobat reader installed on your computer). To register your details, you will need to come into the practice with the documents as detailed.

If you encounter a problem when registering your details, or when requesting a repeat prescription via the EMIS Access Website, please ring the practice and a member of staff will be pleased to assist you.

With regard to the on-line Repeat Prescriptions request, it is important for you to know that this facility is in its early stages of development, and the Doctors would ask that you please check your prescription very carefully to ensure you have received the correct medication. We will also do the same at the practice. If you are in any doubt about the medication you have received, please contact the Practice immediately.

Requesting Repeat Prescriptions on-line does not alter the usual procedures for collecting them, nor does it affect any of the usual options for requesting your repeat prescriptions. Similarly, you can continue to book GP appointments by phone or by visiting the Practice.
