Repeat Prescriptions
The practice has a computerised system for those patients who require regular repeat prescriptions. You will find a slip attached to your prescription; when you need your repeat prescription, post this or bring it to the surgery - please allow 48 hours before collection. If you need to telephone please do so between 11.00am - 4.00pm on weekdays giving your computer number.

 

Patients can also register with the practice to request their prescriptions on-line. Click here for details. Registration packs are available from reception. Once you have provided a form of photo identification (e.g. passport, driving licence), you will be given a unique log-on reference to enable you to request your prescription via your computer.

 

Please allow at least 48 hours before collection. Registration also allows you to book your appointments on-line.

 

The practice has a pharmacy advisor (Mrs S Wood) who helps the doctors maintain the best prescribing practice.
