The Emerald Suite
The Emerald Suite runs specialist services, some of which are hospital services that are run in the community rather than at hospital.  Access to these services is via the GP.
Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.
New Patients
If you wish to register with us please telephone or call in and make an appointment to see the practice nurse for a new patient interview.  You will be asked to complete a registration form and you will need to bring 2 forms of identification e.g. passport and recent utility bill.

Repeat Prescriptions  online

green pillsThe practice has a computerised system for those patients who require regular repeat prescriptions. You will find a slip attached to your prescription; when you need your repeat prescription, post this or bring it to the surgery - please allow 48 hours before collection. If you need to telephone please do so between 11.00 - 16.00 on weekdays.

Patients can also register with the practice to request their prescriptions on-line. Click here for details. Registration packs are available from reception. Once you have provided a form of photo identification (e.g. passport, driving licence), you will be given a unique log-on reference to enable you to request your prescription via your computer.

Please allow at least 48 hours before collection. Registration also allows you to book your appointments on-line.

The practice has a pharmacy advisor (Mrs S Wood) who helps the doctors maintain the best prescribing practice.
